The Position

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying and identifying business opportunities, as well as closing deals on our entry-level segment. You’ll work closely with the Account Executives and marketing team to position the Traefik Labs product offering and generate revenue.

Responsibilities

You will be given the opportunity to learn from business leaders across the organization, deepening your industry knowledge through a vibrant cloud native learning environment.

You will:

  • Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications, and offer extensions to new and/or existing B2B enterprise customers.
  • Develop effective messaging while uncovering opportunities to be passed to Account Executives and develop Account Management Skill Set, by offloading critical tasks from the Account Executives.
  • Daily tasks will include quoting, pricing, asset management and contact acquisition, meet activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments and opportunities identified.
  • Maintain contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution and help to drive the expansion of Traefik Labs Technologies’ footprint and provide an improved customer experience by offering immediate response and feedback.
  • Complete development curriculum to demonstrate core strengths needed to progress to Account Executive role.

  • 0-12 months of full-time work experience
  • Drive and determination
  • A strong work ethic
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Passion for sales and technology
  • Previous experience in IT Sales
  • Whatever your native language is, you have solid skills in English
